The fitting
Four steps, about an hour.
01
Hit your own clubs first
On TrackMan 4 dual radar, with RCT ProV1 balls so the spin numbers are honest. This is the baseline everything else gets measured against.

Work the carts
Mizuno, Ping, and TaylorMade demo carts on site, plus the Mizuno shaft optimizer and a putting analyzer. Head and shaft get tested separately, because they do different jobs.

See the numbers next to each other
Carry, dispersion, launch, spin, and strike pattern for each combination. You pick. Dave does not push a brand — that comes up in his reviews more than anything else.

Built and checked on site
The clubs get built here, and the loft and lie checked on a Mitchell digital machine to within a quarter degree. Adjustments can usually be turned around in 24 hours.
Repair shop
Open all year, done on site.
Club repairs are done here by experienced club builders, not shipped somewhere and returned in three weeks. Most work turns around in a day.
- Re-gripping
- A large selection from every major grip maker. If it's in stock, your club is usually back in your hands within 24 hours.
- Re-shafting
- KBS, True Temper, Aerotech, Grafalloy, Fujikura. A broken shaft can usually be matched to your set for far less than a trip back to the manufacturer.
- Loft & lie adjustment
- A Mitchell digital machine measures your specs to within a quarter of a degree.
- Putter bending
- The Auditor II digital putter machine handles almost anything — oversized mallets, 2-ball, center-shaft, double bend.
- Length & swing weight
- Lengthening, shortening, and swing-weight adjustment so a set fits the golfer holding it.
