Six thousand lessons. One Teacher of the Year.
Dave Gedris was voted 2022 Tri-State PGA Teacher of the Year by his peers across Western Pennsylvania. Every lesson here runs on TrackMan 4 data, V1 video, and BodiTrak pressure mapping — so you can see the change, not just feel it.

Owner and Head Professional
How he teaches
He learned to teach on a piano bench.
Dave is a classically trained musician and has been giving private lessons since he was eighteen. Hundreds of students, kids and adults, long before he ever taught a golf swing.
Music teaching forces you to break something enormous into one small thing a person can actually do this week — and then to hear whether it worked. He brought that method straight across to golf, and it's the reason people say the lesson made sense rather than just sounded smart.
Before opening the shop in 2013, he was Head Golf Professional at 3 Lakes and Alcoma Golf Club and taught at Pine Creek Golf Center. He has worked with the Pittsburgh Youth Golf Foundation, teaching city kids aged 10 to 14 who otherwise have no way onto a golf course.

What students say
"From a 12 to a 4 in six months."
Dave's expertise and clear instruction helped me lower my handicap from a 12 to a 4 in six months. I love the TrackMan and the accurate shot data I can get.
Changed my whole approach to my swing, focusing on the post ball contact elements. Has helped me improve my swing and confidence on the course. Also, he makes the time on the simulator fun and understandable.
I couldn't have asked for more with my first lesson. Truly worth the money. I'm looking forward to the next lessons.
